At RES we understand that tools alone will not provide the capability for truly life-changing success! Successful change is the result of technology, process development, training, and accessible and timely support.

As part of our commitment to being your \“one-stop\” partner, we have developed world class training and support teams to assist you in leveraging the MyRMS® service.

Our online trainings are part of a pre-paid program designed to not only familiarize you with the MyRMS® system, but also to make you a proficient user. You are able to review these trainings as many times as you desire, and the trainings are always open to your assistants or team members- never at any extra cost!

In addition, we offer free client support to all of our MyRMS® users. Our experienced client support professionals are available 9am to 8pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
