Frequently Asked Questions

Why don’t you have an automated, immediate signup?

Because we are more than just a software provider and we believe software isn’t the only solution real estate agents need. We want to work with you first to ensure you get the most out of our services.

Do I have to sign a long term commitment?

We leave that up to you! Since we are confident you’ll want to continue using our services far into the future, we don’t see a need to lock you in if we aren’t a great match for your needs. We have a month-to-month option for those who are not ready for a long term commitment, and we also offer long-term commitments plans with financial incentives to those who are interested.

What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and for those on our yearly plans, payment by check is accepted.

How long does the set-up process take?

Each agent is unique, and therefore each setup is unique. Generally we will have our clients up and running on their system within days, but others may take longer if they have intensive database clean-up that needs to be done (and we do highly recommend going through the database clean-up to ensure your database is ready to go!)

What if I already have another website or CRM system?

If your current website, CRM, or any other agent tools are currently working for you, we recommend that you keep using them! But that doesn’t mean that you can’t use our services in conjunction with them. We will ask you during our initial coaching sessions what current tools you are using, and we base our InteliTouch recommendations around those.

What if I work as a team?

Though our service was originally designed for individual agents, we have many real estate teams that gain success from the InteliTouch system. Our coaching will benefit your entire team, and we can brand the software services to reflect your team.

What is your referral program?

We strive to have a referral-based business too! Therefore, we ask all of our clients to pass on the names of any of their fellow agents that they think will benefit from our services. For each friend you refer to InteliTouch, you can receive a credit for the value of their monthly InteliTouch bill. For example, if your friend signs up for our $99/month service, you will receive a $99.00 credit. It doesn’t get much easier than that, and there is no limit to the number of free months you can receive!
