A campaign is a marketing tool which sends communication pieces to your contacts automatically. The InteliTouch Campaign Library is comprised of email and print campaigns ready and available for your use. In addition, you are able to create your own custom email campaigns directly through the InteliTouch system.
Campaigns allow you to automate your marketing by letting you specify the WHAT, WHO, and WHEN: WHAT communication pieces - WHO the recipients of the communication pieces are - and WHEN the communication pieces are sent.
For example, if you would like to send a holiday e-greeting (WHAT) to your past clients (WHO) on Memorial Day, Flag Day, Independence Day, and Veterans Day (WHEN), you could do so by creating your custom campaign in the InteliTouch system and the system would automatically send your holiday e-greetings on the specified dates to your specified recipients.
