How Do I Activate the Homeowner Tips Monthly Campaign?

Below are instructions on how to ADD, ASSIGN, ACTIVATE and EDIT the InteliTouch Homeowner Tips Monthly Campaign.  Please read through all instructions below to successfully activate the campaign.

To Add the Homeowner Tips Monthly Campaign to your Campaigns:

  1. Login to your InteliTouch workplace (www.myintelitouch.com).
  2. Click on Campaigns under the Marketing section of your main menu.
  3. At the top of the Campaigns page, click on the Campaign Library tab.
  4. Place a checkmark to the left of Homeowner Tips Monthly.
  5. Click the Add Selected Campaign to Favorite Campaigns key at the bottom of the screen.
  6. The Campaign will now be added to the Favorite Campaigns section of your Campaigns.


To Assign the Campaign to Contacts

  1. Select Search Contacts under the Contacts section of the main menu.
  2. Enter search criteria for those you would like to assign to the campaign (such as group title).
  3. Click the Submit key at the bottom of the page.
  4. On the Search Contacts Result page, select the check boxes to the left of the contacts you want to assign to the campaign.
  5. Once your contacts have been selected, select Assign to Campaigns from the Select Action drop-down bar and click GO.
  6. Place a checkmark to the left of Homeowner Tips Monthly and click Assign.


To Activate the Campaign

  1. Click on Campaigns under the Marketing section of the main menu.
  2. Under the Running column, click on NO.
  3. The status will now say YES.  *In order for the campaign to be active, the status must be on YES

**We recommend that you view these pieces and make any desired edits or changes prior to their scheduled send dates. Please note that if you do not edit the pieces prior to their send date, they will be sent out as originally created by InteliTouch. The documents that are sent from your system - including all content, layout and wording - are your responsibility.

To view and/or edit the Homeowner Tips Monthly Campaign, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your InteliTouch Workplace.
  2. Click on Campaigns under the Marketing section of your main menu.
  3. Click on Homeowner Tips Monthly.
  4. The 12 month schedule will appear stating the document titles and send dates for each month.
  5. Click on a document title to view the document text.
  6. If you desire to make any edits or changes to the text, click the Create My Copy link at the top right hand side of the screen.
  7. Make any desired changes to the text and hit the Save key at the bottom of the screen.
  8. Hit Close in the top right hand corner of the Document Preview screen.
  9. Click on the step number to the left of a document title to change the Send Date, Email Subject Line, or Send Time and click the Save key when completed.
