Yes, more people are being energy conscientious in their homes, but by no means have green homes become the standard.  For this reason, it is definitely worth highlighting a listing's energy efficiency to buyers in your sales marketing.  Prior to putting a listing on the market, talk with the sellers about any upgrades they have made to their home and any energy features that caught their eye when they purchased the home.  Then, take a walk through the home and note any items that the owners may have looked over.
